POOL SAFETY & LIABILITY NOTICE

Dear Guests,

We’re happy to share our pool with you! Please read these rules carefully — they are for your safety and to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Use of the pool and pool area is at your own risk. By using the pool, all guests acknowledge that the Host/Property Owner is not responsible for any accident, injury, illness, or loss that may occur.

No lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

No diving, running, rough play, or pushing in or around the pool area.

No glass containers, food, or alcohol near or inside the pool.

Pool hours: 8 AM – 9 PM. Use outside these hours is not permitted.

Do not use the pool if you are under the influence of alcohol or medication that may cause drowsiness.

Guests must ensure gates and safety barriers remain closed after entering or exiting the pool area.

Do not touch or adjust pool equipment or pool chemicals.

The host assumes no liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from pool use.

By entering the pool area, you voluntarily accept full responsibility for your safety and that of any minors or visitors in your care.

First off, the keypad on the door did not work. No big deal, just have to keep up with the key while you're there. Also, Front door installed backwards so the door knocks you back. This place was not charming and the area is not superb... it's the hood.The smell of mold and fish was faint but present.. it never left. This house was a very DIY rental. Not in the good way. There was so much plaster and paint all over the floors, baseboards just screwed on no paint no caulk. There is more furniture in the living room than space to situate it so both couches are literally stuffed between 2 walls with the coffee table touching the front of both couches, which had dirt smudges on them from what looked like someone's boots. There's only 1 TV, so no other TVs for the kiddos. There is no master bedroom. Closet doors were falling off, or had a curtain hanging in place. Hall bathroom mirror was hanging half off the wall. Number of beds was accurate, but only 2 towels and 2 rags for four people. 2nd bathroom is literally in the kitchen. Roaches in the shower and spiders in the kitchen. Dining table had greasy smears on it. Kitchen knobs falling off cabinets that look like they came from someone's garage. Refrigerator spray painted black for whatever reason. Minimal bowls/plates/utensils for basic dining. DIY AC ductwork from kitchen to some random locked room behind the refrigerator.these are obvious things owner should correct before renting this place again... Renter beware!

We wouldn’t stay here again. The house felt very DIY in a bad way—unfinished and not comfortable. Location was okay, but there were issues with the front door lock that made things inconvenient. Owner aware of the number of adults and children staying. She left us 3 regular sizes towels and 3 SMALL towels, she was unable to resolve this issue. We bought our own towels. Long term rental also on property we were unaware of this till we pulled in and some was already there. The bedding was strange and uncomfortable. All dresser drawers were falling out/broken.

Hidden hideaway

There was a minor hiccup upon arrival but owner was very quick to address and we moved forward with no issues, overall the house was very cute and cozy, quiet neighborhood and right near everything we wanted to do for a great price ! The property owner was very responsive, worked with us anyway needed and was very respectful and caring. Thank you for helping make my husbands birthday weekend special!

Great location if your heading out on a cruise with Margaritaville at Sea. This was a nice stay. The home was clean, the host left coffee, bottled water, popcorn and even oatmeal . There were clean beds, towels, and extra blankets. The kids enjoyed the puzzle that was there. Communication was perfect from the time of booking to when it was time to leave. I would definitely stay again.
