The condo was beautiful and clean. My family enjoyed the convenience of bring on the 3rd floor. Our favorite stay here yet.

Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was extremely convenient and everything we needed was within walking distance. This condo specifically had THE perfect spot next to the elevators and walkway on the 3rd floor. We rarely had to wait for the elevators either unlike some of the other condos in PCB.

Room was dusty along with areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The cabinets in the kitchen were covered in a sticky yet greasy substance, the dryer lint trap was held together by duct tape and the dryer burned multiple pieces of our clothing. There was white substance splattered all over the kitchen and areas in the guest bedroom. When I asked to speak to someone about it, no one called. This is not worth what we paid and the pictures definitely make the place seem bigger than what it actually was.

There was an odd smell in the laundry room, baseboards were very dusty in the 2nd bedroom around the nightstand. No option for early check in and couldn’t access the pool until checked in which was a huge negative for us. Also would be nice if they offered sand toys and additional beach stuff to borrow. We have had that in the past and it was nice. 3rd bedroom was literally big enough for the bunks and no ceiling fan and got hot in there. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was nice, the thermostat cuts off if no motion so during the nights it got pretty warm But the other 2 bedrooms had ceiling fans so it worked out.

The sliding door in living room doesn’t lock and being only on the 3rd floor made my family nervous. The sliding door in master bedroom wouldn’t open at all. Looks like the lock is about to pop out. The air handling unit pan would fill half way up with water so you always heard a constant drip. The very front room with bunk beds, the over head light wouldn’t work properly. The sliding door handles to the shower in the master bedroom are very loose. Also one of the doors were off track and wouldn’t close, I had to put it back in the tracks.
