Gorgeous location. Quiet end of the island but close to attractions and restaurants. Gorgeous outdoor spaces where we spent most of our time. The perfect family getaway.

My host Dominick was very responsive which made check in and check out very simple and smooth. The rental was as advertised. We loved the accommodations and the superb location. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great location. Very clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Everything we needed was there. Sunrises in the back and sunsets off the roof deck. Right on the beach with easy access.

Great view, shocked at the difference/depth of the beach from last year. Size of the house and decks are perfect. Sunrise in master bedroom and rooftop sunset every night.

Great Beach House

Our stay was excellent. The house location is incredible and the house is great. Wonderful outdoor areas with beautiful, comfortable outdoor furniture. The house owner was very kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Wonderful location!

Fun in Holgate

Great spot to have family vacation.. easy access to beach.. and stores, yet private and quiet. Wonderful views of the ocean and bay and lots of room. Owner is very responsive with communication and answers almost right away.

Loved the location and particularly the 3 decks! Ideal spot. Dominic was very helpful and communicative. The only thing negative is that the house does need some TLC. And, although an "older" home, it was very functional and comfortable.
