Great property overall. Location was excellent - close to beach and restaurants. Interior was amazing. A working elevator at the time of our stay would have given this property 5 stars.

It was a fun stay for a girls 3 day weekend! Location was perfect. Walking distance to Rosemary with a lot od shopping and restaurants.

Super close to the beach and the shops/dining at rosemary. Wonderful condo & pool! Very relaxing get away with the family. One last hurrah before school starts. Thank you!

Great location, close to Rosemary Beach

Hard to beat the location for the price. Unfortunately, there are some structural issues being addressed in the complex on the decks that impact the view and complex amenities due to construction. Even with those issues, great price for location and would recommend.

The main problem was the entire complex is going through structural renovations. There were major cracks in the concrete, elevator was being completely replaced as I’m sure it had shifted from all the structural problems. I would not recommend staying there until construction is finished and the buildings have passed inspection for safety reasons. We were not the only guest totally surprised by the state of the place. I requested some kind of reimbursement, was told my owners we would receive a 350 credit which I have not received.
