Aegean 220 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. It comfortably sleeps six guests with a king bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa. The unit features a private balcony with ample seating, along with access to a community pool, BBQ grills, and a private walkway to Destin’s famous white sand beaches.

Located in the Aegean Condos on Holiday Isle, guests can enjoy two tennis courts, a large swimming pool, and a pavilion with BBQ grills. You will also be close to Destin’s best restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and fishing spots.

Great location

This was our first trip to Destin and the location of this condo was perfect. Literally steps away from the beach and 10-15 minutes from any place else we wanted to visit. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful view!

We have stayed at this condo for several years and we absolutely love it! The view is outstanding and it's a great location. The owners are so helpful and responsive and we always look forward to our time there. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Destin.

Great spring visit

We went for a quick getaway after the big spring break rush. This Aegean unit right on the beach is a great location. Its off the main road on quiet Holiday Isle and the Aegean is a quiet family property. It was perfect for a nice relaxing time for my wife and I.

Restin in Destin

Nice, roomy condo with a good view of the beach. The condo had all the comforts and appliances needed for a nice stay.. It was quiet. It was convenient to the beautiful beach. We likely will return as we had a good vacation at the Aegean.

My husband and 2 young ch...

My husband and 2 young children spend 5 days here and loved it. The condo is kid friendly. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The amenities of the complex were great. I stayed at the Aegean as a teen and was thrilled to bring my family here and have the same great experience.

Wonderful stay in our happy place!

Mary Jo was lovely to work with and we thank her for sharing her home with us. We had a great week. The condo view is amazing and very convenient to the beach. It was nice to have the extra bedroom and bathroom. Bright sitting area and big kitchen. Thank you!
