Just seven houses from the beach and boardwalk, this spacious 2BR/3BA two-story vacation rental places you within easy reach of the best beachfront and ocean activities Newport Beach has to offer. Whether you're catching waves as an experienced surfer or building sandcastles along the gentle shoreline, this clean, comfortable home offers a welcoming coastal retreat for guests of all ages.
LIVING & DINING AREAS:
The main living space features a sofa bed and loveseat arranged around a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, creating a relaxed setting to unwind. The adjacent dining area includes a table with seating for six, ideal for shared meals. Please note, the fireplace is non-operational.
BEDROOMS:
- Primary Bedroom (second floor): King bed, streaming TV, and private balcony
- Guest Room 1 (second floor): Queen bed and streaming TV
BATHROOMS:
- Hallway Bathroom 1 (ground floor): Step-in shower
- Hallway Bathroom 2 (ground floor): Step-in shower
- Hallway Bathroom (second floor): Combination shower/bathtub
OUTDOOR SPACES:
The outdoor patio offers a large dining table with seating for six, a propane gas BBQ grill, and a propane fire pit—perfect for gathering and enjoying ocean views just steps from the beach.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with all major large and small appliances. A breakfast bar provides barstool seating for four, creating a casual dining space. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.). Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.
YOUR STAY ALSO INCLUDES:

- Air conditioning (primary bedroom only)
- Four low-profile beach chairs
- Hair dryer
- Iron and ironing board
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire residence, including all interior spaces and the outdoor patio.
SUPPORT THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY:
We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Air Conditioning: In primary bedroom only
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2–4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: Laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide all laundry supplies.
Parking: A double garage accommodates two small to mid-size vehicles, with access via the rear alley. Additional general neighborhood parking is available (metered and unmetered).
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment are available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests, including large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more. Please contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or entrances, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
