This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect spot for your mountain getaway, with amazing views of the pool and ski slopes. Located just a few minutes' walk from the ski lifts in River Run Village, you’ll also be close to all the shops, restaurants, and après-ski fun the village has to offer. The condo comfortably sleeps 6, with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a double-sized sleeper sofa.

When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by an open, spacious layout that feels welcoming and relaxed. There’s a convenient bench and hooks near the entrance for easy gear storage after a day on the slopes. The living room offers plenty of seating around a TV mounted over a fireplace, creating a perfect spot to relax. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the pool and mountain views while you unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking meals, and the dining area seats 4 for family meals or game nights. The guest bathroom is right off the living area and kitchen, adding extra convenience.

The primary bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a dual sink vanity, a tub and shower combo, and a separate water closet for extra privacy. The guest bedroom, perfect for kids or extra guests, has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and its own flat-screen TV.

Whether you're here to hit the slopes, relax by the pool, or explore the village, this condo offers a great mix of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm.

Great Stay

Location was ideal, especially for ski school! The kitchen was well stocked with what appeared to be new cookware, dishes, etc. Lobby was nice for gathering with friends staying in the same complex. Storage was light. With all the ski gear and clothes, it would have been nice to have a dresser and/or some additional storage (perhaps next to the TV). Overall it was a great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Springs is no longer the great place it was... They have built a new condo building blocking the view and the easy quick access to the gondola and River Run Village... Had to walk around the new buildings and the construction site to get to either place.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
