Rented this place for my parents to have a nice weekend in Nashville and they could not say enough great things about the room! They did have some initial issues with the heating and AC but the property managers sent someone right away to fix it. Highly recommend!

If I could give this loft more than 5 stars, I would!This was, without question, one of the best VRBO stays I've ever had. The loft is absolutely beautiful—stylish, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. Everything was exactly as pictured (if not better), and it felt like the perfect home away from home.The location couldn't have been better. We were close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville, making it easy to explore the city while still having a comfortable place to come back to and relax.I also had a small panic moment when we first arrived because I couldn't get in—but it turned out to be completely user error on my part! I reached out to the host, and they responded immediately. They were kind, patient, and walked me through everything until I was inside. That level of responsiveness and customer service made such a great first impression.I truly can't say enough positive things about both the loft and the hosts. If I'm ever back in Nashville, there is absolutely nowhere else I would want to stay. I would recommend this property without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay.

Love the location of this spot..: you can get to all the hot spots quick. The place was super clean and cute but they need to add a fan to the master… the A/C has a hard time cooling the room at night. (If you like it colder at night) Besides that loved this property!

Absolutely perfect location in Nashville, walked EVERYWHERE! We hit all the bars, the Ryman, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Riverfront. Nothing is more than 15 minutes walk away. Even though it’s less than a block off Broadway you don’t hear a thing. The loft itself was gorgeous, well stocked, and super spacious for the four of us. We will definitely be back!

You cannot beat the location! We have stayed in a regular loft here before. The lack of windows bothered me. We decided on this gigantic loft space and loved it. The view of the river and Nissan stadium is great. We did have several issues, so it wasn't perfect. The shower head in the bedroom broke off the holder almost hitting me in the head. The same bathroom had a horrible door that wouldn't close. If you did close it, you could probably tear your rotator cuff trying to open it. The front door had to be shouldered to get it to open. The curtains in the living area were very thin and falling off the track at the top where they met. Being that the ceilings were probably 20 feet high, there was no way we could fix them. This would be a problem if you had people sleeping on the pull out. It would be very bright in the morning.Oh, I did forget one sort of gross thing. I took a shower in the downstairs bathroom on the last day, since the shower head broke off in the upstairs bathroom. There was a gathering of someone's hair on the wall. I will say, it was difficult to see because of the pattern of the tile, but it means that the cleaning people did not rinse off the walls. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities. So, if you want to cook a meal, you could. The staff is responsive when you call. We truly love this place enough that we can overlook the small issues. The location is prime for going out. The room is huge. It is great!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Historic Nashville Lofts! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the stylish design and spacious layout. The beds were incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. The kitchen was a dream—modern, fully equipped, and perfect for cooking or just enjoying a morning coffee with the stunning views. Having two full bathrooms was such a bonus, making it super convenient for our family. The views from the loft were absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in the heart of Nashville!

Host canceled on us

We were called by host while boarding airplane to head to Nashville that there was an issue with there rental and they had to cancel on us last minute. We had to scramble on tge plane to find another place to stay. Waiting on refund.
