Clean, good amenities, close walk to beach. Host responsive. Beds are comfortable, however twin bed mattresses in guest room are squeaky. Everything else great!

Our stay was fantastic. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We didn use the pool. But, the app requires usto rate it. Based on the rest of the property, I'm confident the pool is 5 star, too. I would stay again.

The only problem was the drains in the bathroom were very poor as was the water pressure in the kitchen. I would have liked a mop to keep up with the floors. The best thing was the wagon that we used daily for beaching !

This 2 bedroom 2 bath second story condo was a perfect home base for our weekend stay. The beautiful beach was a short walk up the road. Restaurants were also a short walk up the road. Perfect location. It felt quiet and tucked away. Communication with our host was exceptional. Would definitely book again.

Hi Jacklyn. I see you rated my property 4/5 stars. I always take feedback from my guests seriously and I strive to maintain my 5 star rating. This is the first four star I ever received. Are you able to give me some feedback as to what did not meet your expectations? Thanks. Donna

We are from Ocean Grove, NJ, which is located on the Jersey Shore. You guessed it! We love the beach! We love travelling and learning the history of places, so for both these reasons, we fell in love with St. Augustine.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Our primary residence is in Ocean Grove NJ and once we saw this condo, we felt right at home. Our condo is ideally situated just steps from the beach, offering the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and convenience. We are within walking distance of various restaurants, allowing you to easily explore the local dining scene. Plus, the St. Augustine Pier is only a short stroll away, where you can enjoy weekly farmers' markets, craft fairs, and lively festivals throughout the year.

The condo is nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, providing a serene retreat while still being close to all the action. The YMCA is conveniently located across the street, offering a range of fitness facilities and programs. W

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our condo is our home away from home! We personally picked out all the furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who like to cook. We left a touch of home by placing a few things from Ocean Grove, NJ, which is our primary residence.
