Beautiful apartment with amazing view.

The online description of the apartment is accurate, but no words or pictures can adequately describe the incredible view or the beauty of the bay. We had everything we needed including crystal clear bay, swimming pool, convenient market, restaurants, and all the comforts of home in the apartment. Also, Marija is extremely helpful and attentive. It was definitely hard to leave after only four days!

Clean, comfortable, centrally located

My husband and I stayed in Alen's apartment in October 2018 and again in November 2018 when we returned to Split at the end of our vacation. This apartment is immaculately kept and nicely appointed with comfortable bed, fabulous shower with lots of hot water in the large bathroom and while the kitchen is small it has everything needed to prepare breakfasts, lunches and light suppers. The apartment is compact but has lots of storage space and is well laid out so it feels very spacious. There are two excellent restaurants next door to the apartment. Also, if you want to buy your own groceries, there are Tommy stores and a bakery not far. The apartment is an easy 10-minute walk from all the main transportation in the area: ferry, local and international bus, train, airport shuttle. It is also only a 15-minute walk from Diocletian's Palace. Alen is very friendly, responds within a few minutes to messages and very accommodating with arrival times at the apartment. He is a very welcoming host! All in all, we couldn't ask for a better host and stay in Split.

Alen, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating, and was easy to reach by messages and cell phone when making arrangements to get to the apartment. The apartment is an easy ten-minute walk from the main bus depot in Split, which is also next to the train station and ferry terminal, making this an ideal location for accessing all forms of public transit. The apartment is immaculate, very nicely decorated, and has a lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom is huge with a fabulous shower and lots of hot water. The kitchen, while a bit on the small side, is very well appointed. The restaurant next door, the Matoni, is excellent. The Diocletian’s Palace is a short walk away. My husband and I are returning in November and looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful place in a great location!

I was so impressed with this apartment and Alen (the owner). The place was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the necessities. My husband and I stayed for 4 days and made a couple meals in the apartment and found a ton of restaurants close that were delicious. Bistro Toc nearby had the best smoked salmon salad!! Along with restaurants, beaches and the docks for day excursions were in easy walking distance. Also have to mention the shower. After a long day of exploring, the waterfall shower head feels amazing. Thank you Alen for being so nice and for this perfect place to stay.

An ideal apt, loved everything about this apt. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, the ferries, bus station, old town and more. The apt itself is perfectly designed, with a wonderful cozy feeling. Great for couples or two friends sharing. The one and ONLY downside, but I knew this PRIOR to booking, is the lack of a terrace. Not a big deal. The owner Allen was there to greet us and always helpful. I would easily and happily recommend this apt to everyone. I would be thrilled to rent it again. Perfectly maintained, an awesome find.

Absolutely wonderful in every way

This was by far one of my best VRBO experiences ever. The apartment is gorgeous - clean, new, fully appointed, and amazing location. Alen was the most gracious host - incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond every day to make our stay comfortable and special. If you get a chance to stay here, you would be very fortunate indeed.

Perfect as a base with kids. Lovely spacious bathroom. Kitchen area quite limited. Good for teas, coffees, basic breakfast and snacks for kids but not if you wanted to go self catering. However there are so many amazing restaurants around you are spoilt for choice. Very comfortable, modern and clean

modern place - great location!

The apartment was just as advertised and is just like the great photos show! The owner greeted us upon arrival and was friendly and helpful. He gave us an overview of the apartment and offered any assistance during our stay. The apartment is just recently remodeled and is beautiful. It is done in a contemporary modern style with a great use of space integrated into the design layout so it was easy to move around and store our luggage and clothes. Bright interior colors and furnishings as well. Location: 5 minute walk to Bacvice beach where we enjoyed some great sun bathing and swimming. 15 minute walk to Diocletian's Palace / Old Town area where all the action is! Sleep Quality: Excellent as the bed was high a quality mattress and looked new. Linens and pillows new and clean. The kitchen has all the basic supplies and we cooked one evening and it was easy. The bathroom has a beautiful shower with rainfall plus regular faucet which was a nice luxurious feature. Loved this little apartment and would recommend it to anyone.

Friendly host in luxury apartment

Once we found the apartment we were very happy with the friendly, helpful host and his lovely apartment in beautiful Split. The whole apartment is modern and air conditioned, with fast WiFi, is very comfortable, spacious, clean and was a real treat for us. The bathroom was luxurious with incredible multi function shower heads but the drainage a problem. We loved our all too short stay.
