Cottage is beautifully located in the small vacation community on the hill with a mountain view from the wrap-around deck. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the 1,5 acre land adjacent to the state forest, take on the stroll in the woods, wander around the historic villages, take a swim in the pond, enjoy the country roads on the mountain bike or visit Windham and Hunter. Turn off AC/ Heat unit. All used dishes, pans should be cleaned thoroughly and replaced. The cooktop,  the oven, and the grill outside should be clean as well.

Guests will receive all information 24 hours prior to the arrival. The hot tub availability depends on the condition and the weather.
Guests need to confirm that they agree with the house rules and the hot tub waiver to receive the entry code.

Beautiful location and fun little house. Perks were the screened porch and bathrobes. Shower is a little quirky but nothing unusual for a summer cottage. If you don't get out of the city much, it's lovely and take a look at the stars at night.
