Escape to our waterfront condo with awesome resort amenities! Enjoy private beach access, 5 pools (2 heated), a golf course, and tennis & pickle ball courts. This bright, airy space comfortably fits up to 5 guests and features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and a private balcony overlooking the canal. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a work-from-paradise trip. We are open to hosting snowbirds escaping the winter snow.

10 star review!!!! We hated to leave! My daughter and I were celebrating her Fall Break with a quick Destin getaway but we had such a great time we added two days! The location was perfect- allowing for tennis mornings, beach afternoons and nighttime pool swims. Just minutes away and we were able to enjoy snorkeling, crab island excursions, arcade, shopping, dining and even a murder mystery sunset dinner cruise!But the best part was our host. We travel a ton- VRBOs 4-6 times a year and never have we had such hospitable and kind hosts! We will be back!

The stay was perfect! The private beach was close and relaxing! And this stay is right in the middle of anything you could need! It never took us longer than 10 minutes to get to any of the restaurants we were looking forward to. Would definitely stay here again!

The door lock you had to put in twice so if anyone was trying to get in you have to double press. The stain people had to be there twice so we had to leave twice at 4 hours each. There was no refund for that time. We had to spend money out each time on something to do and food which was not the plan.We gave them a pic of a big roach and they were nice and gave a 50 dollar credit to the local pub but it was like having the tick itch after that! I was constantly checking our sheets.
Huge roach we killed.
They made a mistake on date! It was the time we were there.

Great stay for price

We fully enjoyed our experience. We enjoyed all four pools. They were all nice and well kept. The condo itself was nice. It came with a lot of things you need. The bed was comfy but the pull out isn’t the most comfortable mattress. Which to me is to be expected from a pull out. The beach was a little bit of a walk but you can drive as well. It’s a private parking lot to the beach. I will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin!The condo was clean and comfortable . The bed was super comfortable! The condo is on the canal and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the boats. We were within walking distance to the private beach, but we also drove over several times. There was plenty of parking. Also appreciated was beach chair service ! We had zero problems during our stay.If i had to add a con to all the pros of this condo, i would say that its a bit dated, but this did not bother us at all. We would most definitely stay here again !!

Perfect Spot!

This was such a gem! We’ve been staying at Sandpiper for many years and love the sprawling property with access to both the beach and the harbor…best part…no elevators! We had such a peaceful stay and really appreciated the awesome hosts. Communication was perfect and the condo had absolutely everything you need for a relaxing beach trip! 10/10 would stay again!

We will provide all the basics to start your vacation, including kitchen essentials, cooking basics, coffee and tea, seasonings, bathroom essentials, games, sand toys, laundry soap, and more! Stores such as Target, Walgreens, CVS, and Winn-Dixie are approximately 1 mile for all your immediate needs.

Please enjoy the king bed in the spacious master bedroom, the TV has Cox Cable. Feel free to relax in the front room watching TV sofa or the queen size sofa bed there's enough space for a roll away bed perfect for a child.

A desk is provided if you need to log into work for a quick meeting or send an email, while others enjoy the balcony view of the boats floating by in the saltwater canal or take a quick swim in one of the five pools. Don't work too hard, remember his is vacation.
