Vibrant and cozy living room includes: gas fireplace, comfortable queen-size murphy bed, 65-inch flat-screen TV with cable featuring Xumo streaming service, MAX, Paramount+ and Disney+, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, and a record player and records for entertainment. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, mounted flat screen TV, mountain and palm tree views from bed and lots of closet space. Beautifully updated bathroom, with walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and wet bar is ready for al fresco dining. Relax on the oversized deck (pool view), with new patio furniture, dining table with umbrella and BBQ grill. Off the deck is a private accessed, lockable, staircase entrance to the community’s 4 pools and 4 hot tubs. Full size washer and dryer in unit. You are a 10-minute walk to downtown restaurants, shops, theaters, museums, art galleries and nearby hiking. 5-minute drive to PSP airport. Caballeros Estates has 4 pools, one heated year round and 4 hot tubs. You can walk to all downtown restaurants and shops. Thursday nights is Village Fest, which closes several blocks of S. Palm Canyon Drive for bands, food, vendors and fun.
