Great for hosting friendly get-togethers and family reunions, Serenade Collection tops the list of group rentals in the North Carolina mountains, reserving an entire private property for your event. The two homes in the collection neighbor each other, with Serenade Shores overlooking a private fishing pond and Serenade Cove situated higher up with a scenic mountain view. Located halfway between Hendersonville and Brevard, NC, Serenade Collection allows for limitless activities that center around the water - a warm weather picnic, a stroll to the fire pit by the waterfall, a late night bonfire in the clearing. Get in touch with nature with wildlife right in your yard, including bullfrogs and songbirds that will keep you company as you walk along the wooded path. Discover the shady bench that is ideal for fishing with a friend. Catch the vibrant foliage in the fall, and in the winter you can see the French Broad River in the distance.
The wide, covered deck at Serenade Shores will be the favorite place for all of your guests to hang out. Everyone will love a delicious home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining area plus bar seating at the island provides plenty of room for a family gathering. The floor plan of Serenade Shores features two primary bedroom suites on either side of the house, a good arrangement for peace and quiet. The open loft area has additional sleeping space with a queen bed and sleeper sofa.
The upper cabin, Serenade Cove (5 Minute Walk/2 Minute Drive To Serenade Shores), features a vaulted ceiling and two-story windows that fill the living area with light. The spacious wrap-around deck with a gas grill and an outdoor dining space is just right for watching the sunset. In the evening, Serenade Cove invites you to kick back and relax in the leather reclining chairs by the gas fireplace before settling into one of the main level bedrooms, or the loft area with twin beds and a half bath. Together, the two homes can accommodate small groups of up to 10 guests. Bonus: having two washers and dryers to share the laundry. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.
This Is a Pet-Friendly Property -- Please Read this Important Information!
We love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog(s) with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many (max. 4 dogs) and their weight.
• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $175 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
