**9/4 ATTENTION: Please note that beginning September 1st, construction will be underway at this property and is estimated to continue through the end of 2025. This timeline is subject to change. During this period, construction noise can be expected, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Work should only take place during the city's regulated construction hours, Monday through Saturday.
During this time, the on-site pool and deck will be closed, so guests are welcome to use the neighboring pool at Sand Dollar Condominiums, which is located two buildings over. A wristband is required for access for each guest and is provided upon check-in.

Beach Cottage 2204 is a beach front condo that accommodates 8 guests. Enjoy stunning sunsets and warm breezes right from your balcony! This condo overlooks a massive patio with a large pool and a hot tub. If you would rather go to the beach, the private beach access is right below the pool. This newly renovated condo sleeps 8 with 2 large bathrooms and a kitchen with everything you might need for dinner in or breakfast by the pool.
Kitchen: Stainless steel refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker, sink, and granite countertops. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Dining table with room for 6.
Living Room: Fireplace, large L-shaped sofa, and TV.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, end tables, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, TV, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet.
Bedroom #2: (2) Queen beds, TV, large closet, and dresser.
Bathroom #2: Tub and shower combination, vanity with mirror, and toilet.
Balcony: Seating for 4 with a lounger.
Outdoor: Pool, hot tub, grills, and beach access.
*This building has an elevator. The unit is located in building II and is on the 2nd floor.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is located limited and on a first come first serve.

Just to the South of the resort and over the bridge at Park Blvd, there's a CVS, Winn Dixie, multiple restaurants, and about a 10-minute drive up Park will take you to a large shopping district with more restaurants, Publix, shops, gym, and a movie theater.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, Busch Gardens, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
