Everything about this property was so awesome. Super clean and the house is very well maintained. No smells, no stains, everything was working perfectly. Will definitely stay again when I visit Breck.

Scott’s Place was enjoyable, peaceful, quiet, clean, comfortable home. We only had three in our party our only regret was I wish we had a bigger group. This is a perfect place if you have a large group or multiple people even if you have three people or less, I had a few questions. Scott was available and responded very quickly. Colorado fall leaves were just starting to change the bonus on top of a perfect stay. I would highly recommend staying at Scott’s place you won’t be disappointed Chris

The home was spotless when we arrived. Beautiful inside and out Beds were comfy and kitchen well suited for cooking our meals. Location of the home is perfect! Many hiking trails near by and close to Breckenridge to eat out and do some shopping. The owner Scott was very quick to respond when we reached out with questions. We enjoyed the quiet location and spotted some wildlife. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful property. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Loved the views, the location, the hot tub. Great space for games and watching movies. So beautiful. Exceptional host. Detail oriented, responsive and great to work with. We would love to go back every year.

This was the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. Very high quality furnishings and linens. My family and I truly enjoyed the roominess and level of comfort provided. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. The host is extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved every part of this house. Better than the pictures. Very comfortable. We had 6 adults - never used the lower level but it’s a great added space. Hot tub was perfect with a great deck for sitting outside. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

Beautiful home with great amenities. The kitchen was stocked with nice and appropriate dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc for cooking. It snowed several inches while there, and there was a service that shoveled the snow for us. We enjoyed our stay here and would do it again.

Amazing house and location, short drive to town, saw moose multiple time during our stay. Loved the jacuzzi and fire place. 10 out of 10 would come back and stay.

The house was great. It's located in a very nice neighborhood but also less than 10 minutes to downtown Breck. Great hiking trails are nearby. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the fire and hot tub too. Scott was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again! We even had some nice foxes on the back deck!

Very nice place, good location, accurate description. Could use some basic kitchen supplies like oils, spices, Saran Wrap etc to make it easy for short term guests. Place was clean and everything worked as it should. Would stay again.

Amazing Colorado Vacation Home!

We stayed in June of 2025 and had a fantastic experience! The house is immaculate and well cared for inside and out! Excellent location between many trailheads and all of the activities within Breckenridge! We have recommended this place to many families considering a trip to the area and we would absolutely stay again! This retreat served as the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of hiking and activities!Book this place for your next trip to the area! You will not be disappointed!
