The balcony is also accessible from the main living area, making it an easy gathering place throughout the day. Come back after an afternoon at the beach, pour something cold and settle in while the ocean provides the backdrop.

>>Are there any hidden fees? Absolutely not. There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/baby furniture rentals, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
>>Refundable Security Deposit Required
A refundable security deposit will be collected for this property. It is returned in full if no damages are found after checkout.
>>Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost? Heck no! Bath towels and linens are included, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
>>Is parking included? Yes, parking is free for two cars. You will receive two parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. (Note: Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not allowed at this property; please make alternate parking arrangements.)
>>Are pool armbands required? Yes, armbands are required to enter the pool area and are provided inside the condo.
>>Can I bring coolers onto the pool deck? Unfortunately, bringing coolers into the pool deck is prohibited by the resort; however, you can take coolers onto the beach.
>>Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you.
>>Do you allow pets? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws.
>>Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony? NO. Smoking is strictly forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
>>Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating.
>>Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food.

RESORT IMPROVEMENT NOTICE:
The resort is making several property improvements during the fall and winter months. While we don't expect these projects to prevent you from enjoying your stay, we want you to know what to expect before booking.

BALCONY IMPROVEMENTS | OCTOBER - FEBRUARY
The Jasmine Tower is undergoing scheduled balcony resurfacing. Work takes place Monday–Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Balconies located within an active work area may be temporarily unavailable during working hours, and guests may occasionally hear construction activity during the day.

POOL AREA IMPROVEMENTS | OCTOBER - MARCH
The resort is also completing improvements near the pool area. During this time:
- The indoor pool will remain open, with access through the Indigo garage.
- The kiddie pool and lap pool will be temporarily closed.
- Guests will access the pool area through the entrance beneath the Indigo Tower while the main pool entrance is closed.
- Temporary restrooms will be available beneath the Jasmine Tower.
These projects are being completed during daytime hours, and resort amenities and access may be adjusted as work progresses. We're sharing this information in advance so there are no surprises and you can book knowing exactly what to expect during your stay.
