This was a great unit for our stay in Phoenix. It is centrally located and provides easy access to almost anywhere in the city. It is located directly across the street from the Paradise Valley Mall and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and modern conveniences. Chuck and Robin (the owners) were meticulous in providing directions, access codes, spare keys, etc. It seemed that every need was thought out in advance. At one point we unfortunately had a part on the blender break, but Chuck and Robin were so prepared they actually had spare parts already available in the unit.
The unit is totally updated with brand new stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, granite counter tops, flooring and is tastefully decorated. The complex is beautifully maintained and provides a lush park-like setting to enjoy the warm Arizona sun. The unit is located in the back of the complex and thus enjoys a quiet, peaceful, environment protected from the possible traffic noise that surrounds the block.
We stayed for over a month and can honestly say that it exceeded all of our expectations. We will certainly recommend this unit to family and friends and hope to return on future trips to enjoy the sun.
