I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the toilet upon your arrival. While we did arrange for it to be repaired as quickly as possible, I understand how frustrating that must have been. I also regret the issues you encountered with ants and the kitchen sink—these are not typical, and we will be addressing them promptly with our maintenance and cleaning teams. Regarding the bedroom, thank you for bringing the lighting and blinds to our attention. I’m glad we were able to correct the blinds during your stay, and we appreciate your suggestion about blackout curtains—we will definitely take this into consideration to improve both comfort and privacy.
