With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a hairdryer, you'll feel right at home. The living room offers a cool space to relax, with an additional sofa bed for extra guests. Whether you're exploring the city or unwinding after a day of adventures, this awesome property is the ideal retreat for your vacation. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Important Note: The basement is occupied by a long-term tenant. However, the two living spaces are completely separate, each with its own private entrance. There are no shared indoor spaces, and the basement tenant does not have access to the upstairs or your backyard.

Your privacy and safety are very important to us. Guests have exclusive access to the entire main level of the home and the fully fenced backyard, making it a great place to relax with family and friends.

Inside is super clean and super cute and just as described. The outside and having occupants in the basement was at first a concern but it was just fine- we never heard them and when we met one of the occupants he was super friendly. We missed a day to a cancelled flight but Paula allowed us to stay a few hours later thank check out so we did t have to rush our final day there

We had a wonderful stay overall at this VRBO. The house was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of toiletries, snacks, coffee, and tea, which made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils. The location was good—close to all the attractions and activities we wanted to enjoy. However, it is on a busy corner and you could hear traffic at night. Paula was an excellent host and  answered questions and messages promptly. Paula’s communication made the experience smooth and stress-free.There were a couple of things that caught us by surprise. We encountered someone in the garage during our stay, and when we reached out to Paula, she explained that the person lived on the property. While we appreciated her prompt response, we would have preferred for this to have been disclosed before booking, as the unexpected encounter caught us off guard.The listing also mentioned an arcade/game room, toys and games. We didn't find an arcade or game room, and the only games we found were a few puzzles and a giant Connect 4. This wasn't a major issue for us since we weren't traveling with young children and didn't choose the property because of those amenities. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location. Despite a few surprises, we would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Very charming little home. It was perfect for our small trip to Colorado. The house was clean and had plenty of room for us.
