New, very clean and accommodated 10 of us comfortably. Great location. Comfortable beds. Close to beach and boardwalk. Only improvement would be the Sofa in main living room was uncomfortable and outside noise was loud at times.

Perfect Beach Getaway – Clean, Cozy, and Convenient!

Review:We had a wonderful stay at this beach rental! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The hosts were friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. We especially appreciated the included beach badges and parking! Would definitely come back again.

Amazing house!

We rented this house for a large group and couldn’t have been happier. The home was beautiful, spotless, and spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The rooftop deck and the views were amazing. Perfect for a morning coffee and evening hangouts. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. Check in was a breeze. Absolutely a 5-star stay. Would definitely stay here again.
