Welcome to the Main house in the Matambu complex . A charming 2-bedroom, 2-floor home nestled in the heart of Costa Rica, offering an authentic Costa Rican experience with modern and stylish comforts.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area adorned with wood accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Natural sunlight floods the space, adding to the airy ambiance, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Both bedrooms equipped with air conditioning for your comfort with the help of ceiling fans, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. Also AC at the living room.

Outside, you'll discover a lush tropical garden teeming with life, boasting towering banana, papaya, and majestic mango trees. Dive into the refreshing waters of our lovely pool or unwind in the cozy lounge area surrounded by greenery and wildlife.

Immerse yourself in the tropical lifestyle with just a 15-minute drive to Playa Grande beach, renowned for its fantastic eateries, world-class surfing, and proximity to Las Baulas National Park, a haven for leatherback turtle nesting. For those seeking additional adventure, the vibrant town of Tamarindo is just a 20-minute drive away, offering a plethora of amenities and activities to explore. Venture 15 minutes north and discover the famous Conchal Beach, renowned for its unique shoreline made of tiny white shells and turquoise waters.

Choose from two separate, 1-bedroom/1-bathroom options that share an outdoor kitchen, a private 2-bedroom option with its own kitchen, or rent the entire property, 6 bedrooms in total. -Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 8pm.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- No use of glass around or in the pool, please use plastic.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
