This comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-level home sits in a peaceful gated community in Matapalo, close to all the best beaches such as Playa Grande, Conchal, Tamarindo, Flamingo, and several local `secret` favorites. The layout is open, breezy, and designed for easy indoor-outdoor living.

The open living room features a small sofa bed and a large TV. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating, plus everything you need to cook at home. It’s fully stocked so you can settle in right away. A separate utility area off the kitchen includes a stackable washer/dryer.

The back of the home opens to your own private screened-in porch - perfect for relaxing in any weather. Enjoy a dining space ideal for morning coffee or evening meals. The porch overlooks a beautiful garden full of fruit trees, where howler monkeys often visit and local wildlife passes through. It’s a peaceful oasis!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The home features two comfortable bedrooms, master bedroom offers an en suite private bathroom and a writing desk with enough space to work remotely. The second bedroom uses a full bathroom in hall. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed, built-in closet, and A/C.

Extras & Comforts:
The community pool and palapa area are surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Listen for birds, spot monkeys, or simply unwind after a day at the beach.

Guests have access to the whole home, in addition to the refreshing pool and rancho common area a short stroll away, which are shared with this closed community. Wifi is strong and reliable, supports multiple devices.

- Please be mindful of noise level at all times; however, quiet hours are set after 8pm.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
