We loved it! It was a great spot! Right on the beach and in the middle of Destin. We could get to everything easily. We would love to rent this property again!

Great hotel stay

The room was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Great location. The only thing that could have been better was the internet connection. We would definitely stay there again.

The Property itself was great! Location to beach perfect. The actual room was just okay, it was older very noise when sitting on balcony due to the AC unit running while you're out there.

The condo property is great! Indoor and outdoor pool and right on the beach!

The condo property has many great amenities, the condo itself is in need of a lot of updates, there was mold in the bathroom and the sofa and sleeper within it were very broken down.

Hi Courtney, we are glad you enjoyed the many great amenities this property offers with spectacular sunsets and views of the Gulf from the 17th floor private balcony. The property owner is aware the sofa and sleeper needs replacing and is getting pricing to do so. Additionally, requests have been submitted for pricing to repaint and re-floor the condo along with replacing the balcony furniture. The living room TV has been replaced. I was disappointed in our stay for several reasons. When we got there, we were told that they didn't have our reservation information. WE had to call and get it, and have it mailed over. (We paid over 300 a night, why are WE having to do anything other than enjoy our vacation, but okay.) We knew there was some construction going on but had we known the extent we definitely wouldn't have booked here. The noise alone was horrible. The condo was outdated, cabinet door knobs would just come off, the toaster didn't work (they brought us a new one rather quickly). The freezer didn't keep ice cream frozen. The bed was ROCK HARD. It was like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom going from the bedroom to the bathroom wouldn't close unless your lifted up on it and forced it to close. The couch made noise every time you sat on it, or if you even moved. The dishwasher was just sitting in the hole where it was installed, you could literally see back in the hole where it was. You had to walk through a construction zone (literally) to get to the hot tub. We have stayed in condos, beach houses, hotels and campgrounds from the West Coast to the East Coast and everywhere in between and this is by far probably the worse stay we have ever had especially considering the price. This was our first time in Destin and sadly will most likely be our last. We didn't talk to the front desk about it because honestly what were they going to do about this stuff while we were there?

Wonderful stay. Love the location by the beach & restaurants. We really appreciated the early check-in availability especially after a 14-hr drive.Rooms are a little outdated including main door that has metal sticking out on the bottom that can cut your feet & can do serious damage (reported to bldg), sofa bed probably needs to be replaced & is not what’s in the description or pictures posted.

Fun in the Sun

Property had a great view of the ocean and plenty of things to do around the property. The only complaint we had was the pool was closed for renovations and we weren’t told ahead of time.

Anniversary getaway

Denzel at the check in counter was not friendly at all for someone just checkin in. And couldn’t use our balcony due to the fact that our neighbors would smoke weed all day and night but…. The rest was as described. Beaches were beautiful

SunDestin is our Destiny...

Overall positive review (aside from no listing of my reservation upon Checkin) RealJoy vacation tentals was quick to address any concerns immediately (no hairdryer available in room...). Room was comfortable and convenient access to the beach. We were happy and like little school kids the whole week. Thanks for a nice vacation!!!
