Had a great stay. Bed was very comfortable and room quiet. The furniture in the living room has been updated since the pictures online were taken. Looks a lot better in person. Overall had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back.

We loved it! It was a great spot! Right on the beach and in the middle of Destin. We could get to everything easily. We would love to rent this property again!

Everything was nice. Check in was easy. Resort was not crowded. If you want to get chairs for the beach you can do so starting at 9am as you are walking out to beach. The guys were helpful and friendly. There is a pool and hot tub there. Loved the gift shop and the staff. The room was nice a typical beach house. I must add, if you don’t want to rent chairs for the beach you can set up your own or use towels behind the resorts rented beach chairs. You can not bring your own umbrella. They have a pizza place that delivers or you can grab a snack from the gift shop. There is also a wafflehouse across the road. You will park and go in for check in where they will give you a tag to hang in your car, no gate code needed. Hope this helps

Great hotel stay

The room was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Great location. The only thing that could have been better was the internet connection. We would definitely stay there again.

The Property itself was great! Location to beach perfect. The actual room was just okay, it was older very noise when sitting on balcony due to the AC unit running while you're out there.

The condo property is great! Indoor and outdoor pool and right on the beach!

The condo property has many great amenities, the condo itself is in need of a lot of updates, there was mold in the bathroom and the sofa and sleeper within it were very broken down.

Hi Courtney, we are glad you enjoyed the many great amenities this property offers with spectacular sunsets and views of the Gulf from the 17th floor private balcony. The property owner is aware the sofa and sleeper needs replacing and is getting pricing to do so. Additionally, requests have been submitted for pricing to repaint and re-floor the condo along with replacing the balcony furniture. The living room TV has been replaced. We loved being on the beach but this property was very Misrepresented! We entered expecting the place to look like the listed photos and we were not pleased. It was listed as having a nice red sofa with plenty of room and decorated nicely with an inviting balcony overlooking the ocean. What we got was a dirty, worn out sofa and room that was not what was posted! The worst part was the lively balcony had the chairs and the room but also had an entire air conditioner unit running and noisy! We had to turn up the thermostat to stop it, sit in quiet and 100* heat and go back inside to a unit that was hot from no cool air conditioning. I called Real Joy management and complained and sent pictures. The reply was”looks like you are enjoying the view”! In loud noise! I replied and was told they would reply. No response. The building is under a full restoration outside with a mess everywhere and noise. I Cannot recommend this place at the high price we paid. The condo looked like someone when to a thrift store and decorated it. The bed was worn out as well. I did appreciate the cleanliness and it smelled good. Very sparse kitchen.
