This 2 bedroom 2 bath is located on the fourth floor. Unit is convenient to stairs to steps away from the ocean. Brand new "wood-grain" tile flooring in unit!! Sea Coast Condos is located directly on the no-drive beach portion of New Smyrna Beach. You can enjoy the gentle hum of the waves from your own, private balcony or from the oceanfront seasonally heated pool. The ocean is never out of sight while you strike-up a beach side shuffleboard tournament. Sea Coast Condos is a paradise for all to enjoy. The dishes could have been clean and the walls could have been dusted but the condo as a whole was peaceful. The gate code never worked so we had to walk all the way around to get to the pool and beach access which wasn’t ideal when carrying a lot of things, especially since the stairs to the gate was right next to our condo. We asked several times about access and they would just give us the same code and say it should work. They never actually looked at it or helped though.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible - Condo should not be available for rental - especially at the same rate as the other units in the condo. Most of the condo looks like it probably did in 1970. Updates that were done were done cheaply and by someone not qualified. The pictures on VRBO do not give a true idea of the condo. Sea Coast Management Group apparently has no standards on acceptable rental properties.
