Wonderful guest—communication was friendly, easy, and helpful from start to finish, and he treated our condo and golf cart with real care and respect. He’s exactly the kind of guest any host would be glad to welcome — I recommend him highly and would host him again in a heartbeat.

We're Kati and Darren, a teacher and a plumber from California who fell for 30A and made Seagrove Haven our home away from home. We self-manage, respond quickly, and love helping guests find the best of the area — just ask.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Quiet, tucked away, and steps from the beach — close enough to Rosemary and Seaside for dinner, far enough to escape the crowds. The best of both worlds.

この宿泊施設の特徴

- Owner-managed: message us and you're talking directly to Kati and Darren, not a management company
- A complete beach setup provided — chairs, umbrella, tent, wagon, coolers, toys, even sunscreen — bring a suitcase, we've got the rest
- Free trolley shuttles you and your gear to the sand
- Quiet Seagrove location: tucked away from the crowds, minutes from Rosemary and Seaside
- Stocked like we stay here ourselves — three ways to make coffee, charcuterie boards, steamer, baby gear
- East-facing patio with pool view: sunny mornings, shady afternoons
