The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandpiper Cove and other than the cooler than normal weather we once again had a great time. So much so that we are planning to return again next year. This leads me to the one area I believe Sandpiper could improve on. We had heard that those renting for 2 months and wanted to return to the same unit were allowed to book early. We inquired about rebooking our unit for next year around Feb 22nd, and we were told that we couldn’t book for 6 weeks until Mar 8th. On Feb 29th we went back into the office to inquire if our unit was still available, and were told that it was, and we could rebook it now. There we people beside us that were also rebooking for next year... and they were trying to book 2043. When they realized that was our unit they let us have it, but if we were 5 minutes later we may not be returning to SandpiperTo sum it up Sandpiper should be consistent in the messages they are delivering to the renters, and not change them midstream.
