We had an amazing stay at this condo in Destin! The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful and made every morning and evening even better. The condo was in a perfect location—close to Destin Commons, great restaurants, shopping, and everything else we wanted to do during our trip.The location made it easy to enjoy Destin without having to travel far, while still giving us the perfect beach getaway. Everything about our stay was comfortable, convenient, and relaxing.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Destin with beautiful beach views and an unbeatable location!

Super cute space, great view of the beach. Hosts were very communicative. They even let us know that we could check in several hours early the day we arrived since the unit was clean.

Awesome time and place!

Our stay was great! Excellent communication from booking several months out all the way through the vacation. Condo is in my opinion the best spot, beach front side of building near beach access and quiet. We are getting close to booking next years trip and looking to stay here again!

Great location

Loved this spot. It was our first time at Emerald Dunes and the property management company was very responsive when we had a couple issues pop up. The unit was nice and clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and looking out at the ocean.

Celebrated our friends retirement!

The property was a beautiful place to stay a few minor adjustments. The television in the living room is a bit of a nightmare, The floor in the small bathroom flooded but maintenance did get it fixed. We did enjoy our stay! Most beautiful view!

Incredible view and great location

We have been to Destin MULTIPLE times and this was our first time staying eighth on the beach. The views, tranquility, location to grocery was perfect. We had other family staying at a home two blocks away and had a great pool and backyard. It was nice to have that option and was great when we were on the beach that they could run up and use the restroom or get food in this beautiful condo!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Comfortable condo

The condo itself was nice. The problem was a water leak in the ceiling that they couldn’t fix although they came out 4 times we were there 2 weeks without getting results which was quite annoying.

Amazing Vacation

You can’t beat the location for this condo. It was steps to the beach and close to attractions and shopping. Our family felt right at home. It was very clean and well decorated but I do agree with some of the other reviews that mention the rugs need to be replaced. The view from the patio is stunning we were able to enjoy watching the waves and even saw some dolphins. We had a little hiccup where the room had not been cleaned yet on arrival but the owner was very responsive and it was fixed immediately. You will need to bring your own beach towels and supplies as nothing for the beach is stocked there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great beach location.

Exactly what we were looking for

This condo was great. Property is well maintained and was very quiet. Location was convenient to everything. Beach was ideal and Rico does a great job with chair setup and rentals. Condo was clean and decor was beautiful. Balcony furniture was extremely comfortable. We’ve stayed in condos before where the furniture on the balcony was bare minimum and not very conducive to sitting for long periods of time. Will definitely stay there again. Wish there was a discount for multiple week or monthly rental during the off season. Thanks for making our two week stay a great relaxing time.

Nice property

Overall, the stay was great. I wish they were a bit more flexible with check in and check out. We were only asking for one hour. Most check out times are 11am and that would've been ideal. Their check out time is 10am and they will not budge. For check in, we saw the cleaners leave around 2:30pm so we ask could we check in early annd that was a no too. Regardless, we would stay here again.

Spectacular vacation!

We've been coming to the Crystal Beach area of Destin for more than a decade and have stayed in several different rentals up and down the beach. This unit is our new favorite! Wonderfully decorated, super comfy and great views of the beach (it's a corner unit). And the way Ocean Reef handles rental and check in/check out should be the standard for all other rental companies. Emails and texts were minimal and efficient and gave us all the info we needed. We even had to make a maintenance request (we had inadvertently turned off the refrigerator.) Their team was responsive after hours, got us a loaner fridge until maintenance could come the next day, and then "fixed" our problem in the morning. Five stars for everything!

Directly on the Beach

On the 2nd floor- easy access in this smaller condo complex. 1 minute easy elevator ride and walk from condo to the sand. Well decorated, clean towels and bedding. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and does have a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. No Tupperware- so bring ziplock bags or your own containers for leftovers. Microwave and stove are a bit older with wear and tear but worked fine. Rug in living room needs replaced. Huge TVs and ceiling fans were great. The best part is truly the corner view of this unit. Balcony is small but the sound of the water is great! This unit does not come with beach chair service and there are no chairs in the unit so bring your own if you don’t want to pay for the beach chair and umbrella service separately at around 55/day. Would stay again!
