Perfect Beach Getaway

Wonderful spring break

My parents are older with health issues and wanted one last trip to a beach. They had never stayed in a condo and were so happy. This was a wonderful memory for our family!

Wonderful condo!!

Loved this place. This was our first time to visit and Breakers East did not disappoint. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My favorite was the giant island. We will return for sure!!

Great Unit, Great Property, Great Views

This unit was very clean, updated and had everything we needed and then some! It was so nice to have added blankets, towels and ample kitchen equipment. Everything was also so spacious. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We loved the peacefulness at the Breakers and look forward to returning.

Perfect Getaway

This condominium was just what we was looking for. Everything was exactly what the pictures showed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and there were plenty of towels and amenities for everyone. The view was fantastic. There was plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance to the room. The condo was very well cleaned and ready for us to start our vacation. We will definitely be staying again. We highly recommend Breakers East Condominium.

It’s right on the beach and you can not beat the view from the balcony. Lots of restaurants and shops near by.

Nice stay!

Well kept unit, everything is neat and clean. Minor complaint is that water isn't hot enough in the shower. Also, unit floor had a layer of sand which could be attributed to improper housekeeping. I would recommend.

Everything was perfect and the veiw was like a picture. However, heavy traffic around the location. (but quiet inside) If you are not used to drive then it could be tough. Also, if you want to cook, you better to come with own knife. The knife was too blunt

Amazing View, spacious unit, central location but needs some attention.

The good: The patio is amazing and huge with an incredible ocean view. We would spend every morning enjoying our coffee and watching the ocean, on our final day we saw a pod of dolphins right off the beach. The unit is large, both bedrooms are big and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful giving us tips on local places to eat. The bad: The first thing we noticed when we entered the unit was a very strong musty smell. We actually had to buy some air fresheners to help mask the odor. Also, the kitchen cabinets and drawers have a very strong odor as did the utensils. We washed a number of plates, glasses and utensils and just kept them on the counter for use. Lastly, the pillows were lifeless, flat and hard... definitely time for an upgrade. We bought a few pillows at Target for less than $10 to address that. Overall: Our stay would have been 5 stars with a few simple fixes. We did truly enjoy or visit but I can't say we would stay in this unit again in its present condition.

A trip to remember.

This was the BEST Vrbo we have ever stayed at. It was so nice, clean, and honestly perfect! The view was breathtaking! We will most definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the condo to spend New Year’s Eve with family and we really enjoyed our stay. The view was perfect. The rental manager (Carolyn Bobbitt) was extremely attentive to our questions and needs. A few things I will point out that I was disappointed was the heated pool was broken, therefore we could not use it bc it was very cold. One of the elevators was down which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the mattresses were not very comfortable left me with some back pain. Overall, we made memories with our loved ones and made best of it.
