Located in the Heart of West Sedona is this peaceful and comfortable private casita studio located just minutes from everything the town has to offer. In less than 1/2 mile you can be at the restaurants, bars, grocery stores, movie theatre, gym, and spas located in West Sedona. Its an easy drive or walk. Just a few house from the end of the block you can enter hiking trails with views of red rocks in every direction. Experience the feel of living in the juniper forest right here in town!

Nice little place for 2 people to stay.It was clean, comfortable , and had the amenities we needed. The host answered my questions in a timely manner and was very nice. The location made it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go either by car or shuttle. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Very pleasant stay, Jeff the Host was very accommodating and kind. Lots of thought for the needs of guests was put into the casita. Especially enjoyed the giant tv. Will stay again.

Very clean, neatly designed property which suited my needs perfectly. The owner was responsive when I encountered a check-in issue and went out of his way to find a solution. It was a minor inconvenience and quickly solved.

The room was well prepared, clean and comfortable. I couldn't get into the room on time due to a cleaning company issue. Biggest complaint is this room is built in a garage. A 3-car garage was split into 2 rental spaces. All counters are REALLY tall. Im guessing the plumbing was built on top of the concrete instead of being trenched down. The whole room also as a slight slope. So 250 a night for a room built out of a garage.... kinda a cash grab. Its also the former garage of the main house that is less that 20 feet away, which is also a rental based on the parking situation.At end of the day the host was easy to work and communicate with. All furniture was clean and comfortable. Feels like not worth the money being asked for based on lack of privacy. I personally would not stay here again, but good option fir groups renting whole property.

Super clean and the owner was very very nice. A tiny bit hard to find but other than that it was perfect and we would absolutely return!
