Stay close to everything Tampa in this spacious, updated three-bedroom, two-bath home near historic Ybor City. Walk to La Segunda and the edge of the Ybor entertainment district, take the nearby streetcar toward downtown, or reach Port Tampa Bay, Water Street and the Tampa Riverwalk in minutes.

The home accommodates up to eight guests and includes comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, two full bathrooms and private off-street parking.

Downtown Tampa, Water Street, Benchmark International Arena, Sparkman Wharf, the Riverwalk and Port Tampa Bay are all a short drive away.

Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium and Tampa International Airport are also easily accessible.

Location note: The home is in historic V.M. Ybor, an active urban neighborhood with a mix of restored historic homes, local businesses and older properties. The edge of the 7th Avenue district is approximately a 10-minute walk, although walking time depends on your destination.

This home is one side of a duplex. Each residence has its own private entrance, and there are no shared interior spaces.

Very clean and welcoming with off-street parking space! Owner was immediately responsive to the one question we had when arriving. Perfect overnight stay the day before our cruise! The only downside is that the surrounding neighborhood suffers from some urban decay.

The place is conveniently located near the trolley, making it a perfect stay for Lightning games. The bakery a few blocks away is also a must visit. Check in and out were easy and the host communicates quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Cottage. Evelyn provided all the necessary information to us before our arrival and even had snacks and a bottle of wine. The kitchen is well appointed with everything necessary for meal prep and extra sheets and towels were plentiful. The location ion the lake is beautiful, including a soothing fountain and lily pads. We would definitely stay there again when visiting family in Salem.

Gracie was always helpful when needed. Her place was very nice. Comfy beds, nice TV, easy access to 7th Ave Ybor city and a short drive to Riverwalk. I would definitely stay here again. If you stay be sure to try La Segunda bakery a couple of blocks down the road.

My code didn’t work for the door upon arrival, but the host responded immediately and fixed it. Property was clean and in good shape. Neighborhood may not be the best, but did not have any issues. Only stayed one night as was just traveling through Tampa.

Beautiful, clean home, with easy check-in. Didn't get a chance to venture out, but was very close to lots of dining, shopping, etc. Lovely for a Galentine's get together. Space was perfect for prepping, cooking, and eating and games. Listing info and pics were accurate and beds were comfortable. Only downside was the living room area had just the one sofa (which is pictured in listing), so if there are more than few adults, they will be using the chairs. But just a suggestion; everything was perfect!

You should speak to your cleaners. The bathroom shelf on the window had soap wrappers and used bar of soap. There should’ve been Kleenex and a few more conveniences in the kitchen, no wine opener. Great communication with the Owners. House was a bit far from seventh Avenue to be walking, I would give a better description as to exact distance.

It’s a great location for experiencing different parts of Tampa while having a comfortable place to come home to after a busy day.
