I couldn't agree more, Christina! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We hope to have you stay with us again, real soon.

Wonderful! Thanks for staying with us! -Emma

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the condo clean and fresh and enjoyed the easy beach access, convenient parking, and an overall great stay. We’ll be sure to follow up with our Property Care Team regarding the refrigerator exterior, ceiling fans, balcony light, and sliding doors so each item can be reviewed and addressed. Elevator and check-in traffic can certainly be heavier during peak travel periods, and we appreciate your patience while navigating the resort. We hope the wonderful beach experience made your stay one to remember and that you’ll visit us again!

Glad you enjoyed everything! That is definitely our goal:) We look forward to your return:) -Emma

Josh, thank you for leaving us a review! We're glad you enjoyed your time on the beach. I let my maintenance & housekeeping team know about the few things you mentioned. Those buildings are non smoking. We're sorry you weren't able to enjoy your balcony. In case this ever happens again, if you report it to the front desk they will contact the management company and/or the guests, because they are not allowed to smoke on the balconies. We hope this wouldn't prevent you from renting from us in the future. -Beach Getaways

Ronan, glad you enjoyed your recent trip to Orange Beach. Sorry you didn't read the Rental Polices stating all parking passes have to be bought after arrival at the front desk. Just wanted to clarify that we wouldn't "slip" anything in on you. This is clearly stated on our website and all correspondence from us. Keep us in mind for your next trip down. Ken

Michelle, thanks for sharing your condo experience! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the property and there were no issues with the condo itself! The parking fees are handled by the HOA and this information is listed on each property page when looking to reserve! We understand about the wristbands, though this is a security measure set in place to ensure only the condo's guests have access to the pool. Unfortunately, people are known to come from the beach and try to gain access to the pools, so we hope that this didn't cause too much inconvenience during your trip! Next time, please voice these concerns prior to booking and we can suggest another beautiful property that meets your standards. Thank you for choosing Beach Getaways!

Hi Holly, we're glad that y'all enjoyed your stay with us and do apologize for any housekeeping issues you may have encountered. We wish we had known during your stay so that we could come back to the condo to make it right. We appreciate your feedback and will addressing each item mentioned. Y'all were great guests and hope you'll be back to visit, very soon.

I am glad to hear y'all enjoyed your vacation:) We do have rules about the furniture as we want to protect the owner's belongings from unnecessary wear and tear. Thanks you for spending your vacation with us, and I'm glad y'all liked the balcony, it has a great view! -Emma

Thanks for the heads up on the maintenance issues. We will certainly take care of them. We do our annual evaluations in October of each year and will advise owners of your suggestions. Keep us in mind for your next trip down. Thanks, Ken

Jolene! Thank you for sharing your experience in our wonderful condo! We have cleaned up the trash closet area and we appreciate you letting us know! Things like that can sometimes be overlooked so we are grateful for our guests' feedback! Toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, and trash bags are the main things the guest provide for themselves as we provide a fully stocked kitchen with linens and towels. We are glad overall you enjoyed the condo and the amenities, and we hope to see you again soon.
