Parking Guidelines:

• Maximum of 3 vehicles permitted.

• Please note that golf carts, boats, trailers, and U-Hauls are not allowed.

• Street parking is limited.



Respecting Our Home:

• This is a non-smoking property.

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

• Pets are not permitted.

• The primary guest must be 25 years or older and must reside at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest will be required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and provide a copy of their photo ID before check-in.



Arrival and Departure:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

• Check-out is at 10:00 AM.



Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund (less $250 cancellation fee) for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival.

• 50% refund (less $250 cancellation fee) for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival.

• No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
