Experience comfort and ease in Inn Building Condo #220, a charming second-floor, one-bedroom condo located in Harbor Village in Garden City. This cozy retreat boasts a king bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a tub-shower combo. The living area includes a queen Murphy bed and a flat-screen TV for added relaxation and entertainment. Savor the Bear Lake and mountain views from your windows and private balcony. Prepare meals effortlessly in the fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Just outside, enjoy a large, shared lawn perfect for unwinding or outdoor fun. Your stay includes access to one parking spot, with extra parking available through Sunrise Resort & Event Center. Relax in this inviting condo with access to a seasonal heated pool, outdoor hot tub, and tennis courts--see below for details. Please note: stairs are required to reach this second-floor unit.

Welcome to the 14-plex Building at Harbor Village. Enjoy access to shared community amenities including a seasonal pool, outdoor hot tub, and tennis courts. **The heated, outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The tennis and basketball courts are closed during the snow season. Hot tub is open until Jan 4, 2026 and will reopen Memorial Day Weekend 2026**

Quaint little condo in a great location—close to the marina and downtown for food and shopping. Check-in was easy, and the space worked well for a few nights since we were out most of the day. Awesome parking options, and decent view of lake. It could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was a convenient spot to rest between activities.Communication was FANTASTIC, we knew when and how to check in and check out and anytime we asked questions or needed anything they responded quickly.

Would be 4 stars but it was dirty

Location was great. Amenities was great. But you can tell the condo has been neglected. The ceiling fans were full of dust. When we turned it on dust went flying everywhere. You can definitely tell that the cleaners they have just do bare minimum to get the next folks in the room afterwards. The property manager was very communicative and was able to answer questions we had.
