Our regular cleaning professional had a medical emergency, requiring us to use a backup cleaning crew that did not meet our standards. We have since hired a new landscaping company that is closely maintaining the property to reflect the beautiful natural setting our guests have come to enjoy. We also took immediate action on the maintenance items you identified. We have installed a brand-new dishwasher, replaced the towels, and completed additional maintenance work to ensure the home continues to meet the high standards we strive to provide. As a modern cabin nestled in the forest by the lake, the home is surrounded by nature, and seasonal insects can occasionally be present, particularly during the warmer months. To minimize this, we partner with a reputable pest control company and have the home professionally treated more frequently than their recommended service schedule. While no treatment can completely eliminate insects in a wooded environment, we make every effort to keep them from entering the home and to provide a clean and comfortable experience.
