Welcome to Serenity by the Sea, a spacious and beautifully designed 4BR, 4BA home in a peaceful beachside community. Just 0.3 miles from the nearest public beach access, this getaway sleeps 12 guests and offers comfort on every level.

On the first floor, enjoy a private studio suite with a Queen bed and kitchenette—perfect for added privacy or multi-family stays. The second floor features a Queen bedroom and a fun bunk room with a twin over full bunk and twin trundle, ideal for kids or teens. The third floor offers a relaxing primary suite with a King bed and an additional twin over full bunk, making it great for larger groups.

Gather in the bright, open living area or step outside to enjoy the community pool just steps away. With multiple balconies, stylish furnishings, and a fantastic location near the beach, dining, and shopping, Serenity by the Sea is the perfect place to unwind and make unforgettable memories.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice home. Clean, close to the beaches and restaurant. The place looks different from the picture. We had problems with the WIFI. We could not locate the network name. Email the property and there was nothing they could do to resolve the WIFI issue.

Pros- Upon arrival, the bed linens and towels were clean. The bathrooms were clean and nice. There are plenty of beds for a large family. The unit was easy to access and the codes provided to the garage door and to the unit work right away.Cons-upon arrival, the floors were dirty and it was warm in the unit (I called the number provided and someone called back promptly, and sent a repair man within 2 hours)-however, it took a full 24 hours for the unit to cool off, it was between 78-80 on the second and third floor, closest beach access was closed, dishwasher did not work properly, refrigerator made a popping noise almost constantly which disturbed the kids in the room that is located off the kitchen, some of the kitchen chairs were not sturdy, a decor pillow was torn, jets didn't work in master bathtub, and the swimming pool was closed for two of the days we were there. The place is dated but functional.

This was a great place for our crew. Only negative was the pictures advertised a grill. It wasn't communicated until after booking that a grill wasn't available. With a group of 10 that meant a lot of indoor cooking and this locations kitchen wasn't as stocked as the other locations we had previously stayed. So this meant a few unplanned trips to the store for baking sheets and sauce pans.

The double bunk bed on the top floor was broken and propped up with a concrete block. The beds were not as described, once you got inside the gate you could not get back out because of the Latch being on the outside and no way to release in from the inside. The TV in the family room did not have the correct remote. Could only access after service came by (2 trips) and brought the correct one on Sat morning

I am not one to typically post any kind of negative reviews, but the communication with management is at best a nightmare. Upon arrival, we notice that the only door code we were given was for the door inside the garage… which btw goes directly into one of the bedrooms. We reached out to see about getting the door code for the door which has a sign that says ‘Main Entrance’… well that started a very long chat with no resolution other than someone would be out the next day to resolve the issue. The next morning, I get a text asking me if there is anything they could help me with… so I went through it all over again only to be told ‘sorry for the inconvenience , but there is no key or door code for that door’. Well.. I guess we get to disturb the ppl in that bedroom every time we leave and come back. The management team should also really check in on the cleaners they have hired… my grandson was filthy just crawling around for 20 min, needless to say he was held ALOT. The nearest beach access is currently closed , so no walking to the beach. The ceiling in the garage leaks terrible, my daughters car was covered from something leaking. Only one bed is worth sleeping on, the rest really need to be replaced. Honestly , for the money I expected more.

The check in process was a nightmare. Arrive after a 7 hour drive to find that we can’t access the property despite receiving several emails and texts that confirmed a door code was provided in the online check in packet. The check in code was left blank in the packet. After calling to try and remedy this they informed us that someone would have to drive out to let us in. This take nearly 2 hours while we sit around in a parking lot, causing us to miss the beach sunset and our dinner reservations. When I called about this issue, and when the person arrived to let us in, no one ever apologized or gave us a reason as to why this occurred. On top of that, the wrong wifi network and password were provided; I had to call again for them to track that down for me. The TV on the main level was also not working properly. They sent a tech out to look at that and he said he would put in a report that a new tv was needed. Of course, this did us no good as the tv wasn’t going to be replaced right away, and so we couldn’t use the tv on the main level during our stay. Overall, the space itself was adequate but the poor customer service, horrible check in process, and issues with tech in the house made our experience much worse.
