The condo was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen appliances appeared new and were in perfect working condition. The living and dining room layout gave the condo a very spacious and relaxed feel. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. Loved the separate vanity area in the master bedroom. The back porch was really big and overlooked one of the many pools. It was the perfect setup for me and my two teenage girls.

We're especially happy the large back porch overlooking the pool was a favorite spot for you and your daughters. We truly appreciate you choosing Sandpiper Cove and are so glad the condo was the perfect fit for your family. We look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable vacation!

We had an excellent stay at Sandpiper Cove. The condo was updated, clean and perfect for our group. The listing was slightly misleading- we filtered our search to units that allowed pets and offered free beach service. The listing makes no reference to restrictions on pets based on size- after booking the confirmation email states pets must be under 30 pounds. I emailed the property manager and they were great about allowing our dogs. The other misinformation in the listing was about beach service- it’s stated in the condo listing as being included, but it wasn’t. Sandpiper was great about this when we went into the office and let them know but we would not have picked this unit if we had known there were no included beach chairs unlike what the listing implies.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad you had an excellent stay and enjoyed the condo and Sandpiper Cove. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the pet restrictions and complimentary beach service. We appreciate you bringing these listing details to our attention so we can make sure the information is clear and accurate for future guests. We’re also happy our team was able to assist with both concerns during your stay. Thank you for choosing Sandpiper Cove, and we hope to welcome you and your pups back again!

Newly updated and clean space. The only complaint would be the amount of road and upstairs neighbor noise you can hear.

Great Family Getaway

We love Sandpiper! Great location, we have been coming for years. Our condo was perfect for what we were looking for! We needed pet friendly for our 7 lb furbaby. Very nicely laid out for little ones too. We will be back! There was some damage from larger dogs on the curtains etc. We heard they plan to renovate! Thats great news, the location is perfect!

I love sandpiper cove. I missed out on an opportunity to purchase a unit in 2012 and think about it all the time. Now, the unit is valued at and recently sold for 3 times what it cost then. I’ll keep a watch out for future sales cause this place has the perfect location and is kept super clean and safe.

This Sandpiper Cove condo is very clean and just perfect for our family of four. It has everything we need to cook our dinner. It has a bike that works great that our son used to travel around the community and to the beach, which is just a cross the street within the condo community. The condo is situated at the first hole of the small golf course. The swimming pool was also nearby. The condo is located across the street from Target/Publix. Everything is within walking distance. This was just a perfect stay for us. The pictures on VRBO/Expedia are accurate. Destin is a great beach town. We'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and have a great time. The beach was across the street within the Sandpiper community. Our family had a great time. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. The pictures of the condo are very accurate - it's as beautiful in person.

Wonderful complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The nearest pool was way too warm for July Florida heat. The road noise was loud at night since the unit is close to the main road. The unit was in great condition besides the tiny kitchen trash can and beds being hard as rocks (and I like a hard bed). We will stay in this complex but different unit next time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had to kill big roaches, also found a dead roach between the wall and the refrigerator in the kitchen, master shower did not work, the toilets in the unit were to low for my family (Because we are a very tall family) tried calling maintenance but no one answered the phone.

Unit 1071

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sandpiper Cove. The women in the office were so helpful and welcoming. Our condo was comfortable but in need of updates. The carpet smelled awful and was in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. They came twice to spray with deodorizer which helped temporarily and offered to clean the carpet but we declined since it would be wet for a few days. Unfortunately it made our stay less than optimal but it won’t keep us from returning-we will just book a more updated unit.

Great condo but do your research on pets on beach

Pam’s condo was clean and had a lovely view of golf course. The online pics are accurate. Location was great. The resort staff were all fabulous! The condo was perfect for my mom, me and pup. However I was very disappointed that I didn’t discover until we got there that dogs are NOT allowed on beach. The complex was pet friendly but since we didn’t want to leave pup in strange place alone it was not the beach vacation I had hoped for. Do your research.
