Waterfront on Destin Harbor canal, 7-min walk to private Gulf-front beach. FREE beach set-ups (Mar–Oct) when you book our unit. Gated, 24/7 staffed community. Charming Sandpiper Cove is the ultimate beach vacation destination. It has everything- private beach access, chair/umbrella set ups, (FREE when your book our unit) pitch and putt/executive golf course, 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, newly resurfaced tennis courts and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, on-site fine dining restaurant, beach front bar/casual food service (seasonal). And THE most beautiful sunsets all year round. Bring your boat—FREE covered parking for vehicle + trailer. Canal boat slips available for extra $ (booked separately). We had a great stay! The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our trip. The location was perfect… right on the canal for boaters, a short boat ride to Crab Island, and just steps from the pool, pickleball courts, and our favorite Destin restaurant. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the canal. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our visit. Communicating with Laura was very easy and she was very accommodating & helpful.

Laura is helpful and responsive. The rooms were clean and environment quiet, with immediate access to the canal. I feel short-changed when 2 of the 9 days are shortened to 8 hours of access to the room. You’re not allowed to check in any earlier than 4pm, and must check out by 9 am. Nonetheless, you pay for a full day. We went the room well before 4pm, and there was no cleaning going one. No reason to postpone access until 4pm. It’s just fair to charge full-rate for days when you only get to use it for 8 hours.

Thank you for reviewing our place. Clarity and accuracy: posted check out is 10:00am. The listed check in time is 4:00pm. We routinely offer early check in at no additional charge, same for late check outs. I didn’t know you wanted an early check in. If you let me know your anticipated arrival, we ask the cleaners to work it in earlier whenever possible and they always do! Regardless, the beach and all resort amenities are available IN FULL on check in and check out days.
