Features: Waterfront, private, gated complex located on Radio Island between Beaufort and Morehead City. Spacious clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, enclosed hot/cold outside showers with dressing area, fitness room, sauna, elevator, outdoor grilling area. Two parking spaces per unit.
LOCATION: 100 Old Towne Yacht Club Drive on Radio Island
Waterfront with spectacular views! 3 BR, 2 B. K * K * Q * QSS. Island Club linen service with beds made. Located between Beaufort and Morehead City on exclusive Radio Island. Unique location with views of the Beaufort waterfront and Taylor’s Creek. Situated in a private, gated complex with water views from all rooms. Enjoy relaxing by the community saltwater pool and private sandy beach access. Beaufort has continuously been listed as one of America’s Favorite Small Towns with so many specialty restaurants, fresh off the boat seafood, gift shops and coffee bars. Ten minute drive to Fort Macon State Park and 20 minutes to the NC Public Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 Smart TVs with cable, wireless Internet access. Available year-round. No smoking. Pets allowed with $150 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum).
This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
2024-2025: September $4,500; October $3,500; November – March $2,600; April $3,500; May $4,500. Base rental rates for 28-night reservation; other fees apply.
