Great place for a family trip! Close to everything but feels secluded enough for smaller kids to not bother the neighbors. Saw some baby gators in the pond across the way and had fun playing chess on the back deck

The property seemed well maintained. Nice that there was extra toilet tissue and paper towels as well as dish soap and dishwasher tablets provided. I would suggest providing at least 2 sets of towels per guest for a stay of several days. Beach goers use a lot of towels. However, the washer and dryer worked well, so we washed towels to keep up with needs. The property was quiet and restful in the evenings.

The rug in the main living area had a lot of dog hair on it, I tried to use the vacuum, but the canister was very full of dog hair; I had to clean it before using it. We all have allergies and it was kind of hard to breathe in the villa.

Our professional cleaning team follows a strict inspection checklist between every guest, which includes thoroughly vacuuming all rugs and ensuring equipment is emptied and ready for use. We wish this could have been reported to us during your stay so we could have immediately dispatched a manager to inspect the villa, address the vacuum, and assist you on the spot. We take cleanliness reports seriously and will be following up with our housekeeping team to review this turnaround.

This cute cottage was perfect for our family of three. My 12 year old loved the bunk beds and tv in his room. The space was clean and well stocked with paper goods. My only complaint was the freezer smelled like someone put frozen bait in there so it was stinky! I know that’s not easy to fix quickly.

Too short a stay

Condo was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked.We have stayed on Edisto for over 40 years. We had never stayed within the confines of Wyndham. It was a nice change.

We had issue after issue with the rental unit. However, Lori was very attentive to the needs and was in constant communication. It started with the WiFi not working before we arrived, apparently affecting our entry code (not working)...but Lori's code worked. She provided a HotSpot device which ended up not working. Our first night there and the day after, we had no internet or TV. Lori did bring a second Hotspot device which partly worked, but spent a lot of time buffering for all but the last day of our stay. We received an email on our drive into Edisto the drains were slow and Roto-Rooter would need to access the unit on our second day. The final thing was the microwave, which stopped working on our 2nd or 3rd day. Lori brought over a counter microwave for use during the remainder of our stay. Again, Lori was very attentive but I have never had such aggrivation in 40 years that we had during this one week.

Clean. Didn’t smell of pets! Just like listed, no beach chairs/gear available to use. Regular coffee pot. No started grounds but, again, wasn’t advertised there would be any. 8 minute drive to nearest beach access that allowed cars to park at-Access 17. Nice area to walk the dogs, but a small gator did come up in the backyard area several feet out of the water, so be mindful with animals. Condo has about 14 total steps to go up/down with your pet so keep that in mind. Also, golf cart rentals are very specific bc this property is a Wyndham property, so call ahead and get further details, as Wyndham has restrictions. Would stay here again, though!

Loved the screened balcony area, and the effortless check in. Bed was comfy and I appreciated the extra blankets that are sometimes scarce in rentals. Overall a great time and place. We saw lots of turtles, birds, and a small gator in the lagoon.
