Just off the cozy living area, you will find the updated kitchen & dining area. The kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher, enhanced coffee bar, and all of the kitchen essentials you'll need to feel right at home.
In the hallway of the apartment, you will find an updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo, along with a stackable washer and dryer. The bathroom is stocked with Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Beyond the bathroom are two spacious bedrooms which include queen sized beds, nightstands, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space to unpack.
We provide free off-street parking for one car in the back lot, and the shared outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing or hanging out. With a super welcoming vibe and elegant touches all around, you'll feel right at home!

This protection plan is $350 for all stays 30-59 nights and is included in the cost of your booking. Extension coverage will be separately invoiced at the rate of $130 for each additional 30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.
* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations. Taxes are collected in addition to the fee) The neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE! This home is operating legally under the new Kansas City ordinance. This property is a minimum 30 night rental and not required to be licensed as a short term rental with the City of Kansas City. Any reservation will not be affected by the ordinance!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
