Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage at La Casa with stunning Lake Okanagan views.Entry level is 3 steps from the ground and has an open plan kitchen, dining, living room area with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and 1 full washroom. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer in the unit.This cottage boasts a large private sun deck off of the living room, with excellent lake views and a gas BBQ grill. Perfect place to enjoy the summer skies in the Okanagan.Upper floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and 1 full washroom. This unit has air conditioning.You and your family will love this bright and open 3 bedroom cottage! Located at La Casa Cottages you can enjoy all the amazing amenities this resort community has to offer, including pools, hot tubs, private lake access, aqua park, playground, mini golf, and more!***Listing is managed by Breakaway Vacations, District of Central Okanagan License #: 4029 ***

Reservations can be cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival, we will refund the deposit minus the booking fee 99.00 plus GST. Final payment is charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival. Payment and Cancellation- We require a reservation deposit, equal to 30% of your total reservation cost, as well as valid government issued photo ID and matching credit card details is required at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival your deposit will be refunded, minus the booking fee of 99.00 plus GST.

Final payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival date. If Breakaway is unable to provide the booking prior to check-in due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories, Road closures) then only future stay credits for the amount paid, minus the booking fee, will be issued. No refunds will be given credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations one year from cancellation date.
