This property was perfect! A short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia. It was nice to be away from the traffic of the busier areas, and the property is in a very quiet area.

Super comfy beds, clean hot tub, and we had so much fun with every game in the garage! The host was extremely nice and accommodating I would love to stay here again sometime!

Property was as described. Very clean and the offered nice amenities. Game room and outdoor space was perfect for everyone. Quiet location and good proximity to park. Even the dog enjoyed the property.

Great place to launch adventures from and when the inevitable rain slows you down or after kids are showered and cozy, the amazing family room has what you need! Appropriately stocked with thoughtful items while also minimizing clutter…one of our favorites!

Great property for spring vacation. Kids loved the amenities like but tub and games. The owners were very responsive for anything and everything prior to and during the stay. Would love to come back again. Thank you.

The owners are excellent to deal with. Place was very clean and nice. Great location and was very easy to get around town to explore. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet location and plenty to do at the house and around the area.

This house was wonderful! Great amenities, very well appointed and designed. Game room was super fun and the hot tub was spectacular. Everything very clean and as advertised.

Our group had a great stay at "River Point Acadia." The check-in and out was straight forward and the hosts were readily available for my random questions. The rental itself is in a pleasantly private location, while also being centrally located to all things you'll want/need to visit in the MDI area. It is also so well outfitted with amenities and pleasing decor that it is a great spot for more of a staycation. We visited in the winter and hardly left the property! Plenty of open spaces to relax with friends and to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, and game room with the kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Wondeful rental property. Very close to pretty much everything you are in the area for. My kids loved the game room and hot tub. The sauna is a truley unique and fantastic addition. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax after adventuring this beautiful part of the country. If we are ever looking to return to this areas, we will DEFINTELY be staying here again.

Perfect house for a family visiting Acadia National Park!

My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, and we absolutely LOVED this property! The house is beautiful, very clean, and had such a fun Maine theme! Highlights for us were definitely the hot tub and game room. Our kids loved the game room so much, they kept begging us to come home early each night! (Arcade games, ping pong, air hockey, Jenga, connect four, a table to play cards, a TV, and such fun decor…it was a hit!) we also loved all the board games in the living room and had a fun family game night! The layout was also great for us with perfect rooms for our 10 year old, 15 year old, and us!The location was especially great! It’s away from the busy tourist areas, so you feel removed in a beautiful country setting (one morning we saw a deer out back!) but it is also super convenient and was a close drive to the park, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts also left a thoughtful Maine themed welcome basket we loved and checked in to see if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this beautiful and FUN property!
