With amenities like AC, a washing machine, and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind effortlessly. Fully equipped kitchen including k-cup coffee maker. Experience the magic of Surfside Beach at our condo only 0.4 miles to the new Surfside Beach Pier and restaurants. This three-story (no elevator), second row complex is conveniently located to restaurants, public parks, and shopping. Pack your beach bag and walk across the street to take in the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy swimming not only in the ocean, but also in the complex’s large outdoor pool. Pelican Pass is one of the only complexes that will allow renters to have a gas-powered golf cart as one of their vehicles. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, electric golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Room location I would rate a 5 out of 5Room View also a 5 out of 5.The room need some updating, looked pretty well worn. The space was very comfortable.One shower had a dirty ring around the tub. Both shower curtains should have been thrown out some time ago and replaced, they are very cheap to replace. Both were very dirty.Their was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, no extra garbage bag, no paper towels. Good thing we travel with flushable towels.This condo has alot of potential, it is right across the street from the beach which is very convenient, however not knowing it was located on the third floor when we booked it made it a little tough for 2 sixty plus folks to go up and down with all our stuff for the trip.Lastly, updating the stove, the ceiling fans and the shower curtains would have been really nice. Removing unwanted rusted furniture that takes space from the balcany would have also been nice and including ONE extra garbage bag considering we were there for 6 days would have also been nice.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you did not understand the The description of the property that plainly states that the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. And there is a photo that shows the third floor. If you had opted for the linen package, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, and dish detergent would have been provided. The ceiling fans are to be replaced during the winter. They are clean and functional. As far as the balcony chairs, salt air does take its toll. They are due to be replaced. I am having the shower curtains looked at by my cleaners. I just replaced them in June and can't imagine they got so dirty in the meantime, but they will replaced if needed.

My son, his girlfriend and I just stayed a week here. Checking in was super easy and convenient. The beach is just a 30 second walk away. We enjoyed the view from the balcony each night. It had everything that we needed. We have been going to Surfside for years and this is definitely a place we will consider again.

I am from North Carolina. I always thought if I owned a beach property, it would be at Carolina Beach, where I had always vacationed growing up. One trip to Surfside Beach, SC, and I knew this was where I wanted to be. I love sharing my home with families. It makes my heart happy to see other families enjoying their times together.

Pelican Pass is a small complex, with only 18 total units. The condo is within walking distance to the Surfside pier and restaurants. Right across the street is the beach access.

This unit has an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. Most units at Pelican Pass have repeat renters year after year, making it feel very family friendly oriented.
