I chose this neighborhood because of the prime location to Denver and Boulder and spaciousness for being an urban location. There are amazing authentic Mexican restaurants (+ a very good BBQ restaurant) all in walking distance too.

I love this property because it allows easy access to all major highways connecting the Front Range. In 10 minutes you can be in Downtown Denver watching a Broncos Game at Empower at Mile High Stadium, cheering the Nuggets and Avalanche on at Ball Arena, or enjoying some of Denver's Michelin star restaurants. You're also located a short 20 minutes from Downtown Boulder (sko Buffs!), and world class hiking along the Flat Irons and foothills. Best of all, we're only 25 minutes away from Denver International Airport, making the property a perfect hub for travelers and explorers alike!
