The Space:

This 1 bedroom 1 bath modern cottage on St. Simons Island is an absolute gem for couples or single travelers. This is an ADU (mother-in-law suite) that is an offset from the main home. It has its own completely separate entrance so you have plenty of privacy from the main home.



Location is everything with this home! It's located a little over a half mile drive to Red Fern Village where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, libations, boutiques and even live music that St. Simons has to offer. You are also only a 6-7 minute drive to East Beach and a 7 minute drive to Pier Village where you can enjoy the pier and Neptune Splash Pad if you have kiddos joining you.



While hopefully most of your time is spent enjoying everything the island has to offer, the interior of the home is great for relaxing. You have a modern, fully stocked kitchen for whipping up a delicious meal. You also have 1 bedroom with a comfy Queen bed. Outside in the main living space you also have a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath.



There are two smart TVs in the home for streaming your favorite programs. The backyard is not fully fenced in but there is room for your pups to run around.



Important Items to Note:



Trailers and boats are not able to be accommodated on the property.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Up to 2 pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee. There are breed restrictions so please inquire before booking if you have any breeds traditionally considered "bully breeds" or "aggressive".



Pack N Play and strollers are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

The entrance to the guest cottage is through the carport. Please refer to your check in instructions on how to access the mother-in-law suite.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood near shops, restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
