The Space:
We manually verify all reservations, as our units are rented individually and the calendar may not reflect real-time status. In the rare event of a scheduling conflict, we guarantee to provide you with excellent alternative options. Your booking is considered final only upon receiving our confirmation message.

Inside each of our four apartments, you’ll find a stylish and comfortable urban space. The open-concept living area, with its Sonos sound system and Smart TV, flows onto a private balcony framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the Chicago skyline. The kitchen is equipped with luxury-brand appliances, perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner.

This Multi-Apartment listing includes two distinct layouts to suit your group's needs:

- Apartment 1: Features three private queen bedrooms. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom includes a walk-in closet, while the third has a standard closet; these two rooms share a full hall bathroom.

- Apartments 2, 3 & 4: Each features two private queen bedrooms. The primary suite offers a walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is served by a standard closet and a full hall bathroom.

To make your stay comfortable and convenient, each apartment also includes fast Wi-Fi, premium coffee, and sleep kits. A single rollaway bed is provided in the unit, and a Pack & Play can be supplied upon request.

- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $4000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Please review our house rules before booking.

- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night. Spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!

- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions. A fee of $50 per night applies. For more details, please contact us directly. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay.

- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.
