After booking and confirming on VRBO, the host reached privately and asked for more money, doubling the original amount. I could not cancel, as there was no refund for cancelling, and he did not cancel. The host keep sending me money requests, despite my multiple asks for him to cancel. I had to call VRBO to cancel, spending my previous time on vacation with family. Be careful with booking this condo.

Definitely not oceanfront.Mostly fine. Spacious, and easy to access the marina. Easy to park.WiFi was pretty bad, as was cell service. No A/C, and it was pretty warm at night. Second floor place with some loud traffic and not much natural light. Smoke alarm went off when I took a shower.I just thought it was gonna be nicer. If you’re just trying to crash, it’s fine. If you want a really enjoyable spot for vacation or remote work, this ain’t it.

Once we settled in, the arrangement worked out very well. We were fairly close to everything we needed, including the grocery store, gas stations, and the beach. Although we still needed to drive, everything was within a 10-minute radius. The accommodation comfortably fit our family of five, and we were able to prepare breakfast and lunch in the kitchen. Having two bathrooms was a significant bonus, especially with three teenagers. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider returning to this accommodation if we visit again.

The condo was not located on beach front as advertised. Instead, we had noisy roadway.

When we arrived the check in process was a bit confusing. And we had to wait for the manager/owner to meet us at the building and we were not quite certain which address was correct. It was confusing. The manager/owner was quite personable and gave me his cell number should there be any questions.The kitchen area was nice and appeared clean. However, there were some area's that needed wiping. Including the glasses and utensils. And they were a bit sparse. I found the living area consisted of a chair and a couch that were not very comfortable. The bedrooms were furnished with a dresser and only one bedroom had a Television.The bathrooms needed cleaning and the towels were dirty. I went to the store and purchased laundry detergent. (it was not supplied).That way I felt comfortable and knew all were clean.The beds were quite comfortable. Unfortunately, I was awakened by trash trucks, beeping and a lot of noise on more than one occasion. That would not have been the case had we been beachfront as advertised. Addtionally, we never did find the pool, sauna, etc. that we were to have access to.Overall, I was quite disappointed and felt that I did not get what I paid for. I was there visiting my son and had planned on spending time enjoying the view of the beach and all the amenities. Consequently, we did not spend much time at the condo.

Walked everywhere!

Very clean & spacious condo that suited our group’s needs. We ate all meals out & walked to the beaches & to visit nearby family. Pretty & safe area.
