This completely renovated, fully furnished vacation rental condo is tastefully decorated and features a full kitchen with new appliances, open living and dining areas, in-unit washer and dryer, and two private screened lanais perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. Ideal for family vacations, couples retreats, or extended stays, this fully-equipped condo offers the comfort and convenience of home.

Resort-style amenities include Sanibel’s only screened-in heated outdoor pool, a sun deck, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, grilling and picnic areas, a filtered water and ice station, and a new fitness center. Bike rentals nearby make exploring the island easy.

Relax on pristine white sand beaches, collect treasured shells, or unwind poolside. An on-site rental office (Mon–Sat) adds personalized service to your stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Arms West is a great place for a family spring break. They have recovered well over the last few years and everything is new and up to date. Clean units, well maintained. The only downside was the front office staff during the reservations process. They were a little slow and don't seem at all interested in earning your business. My credit card transaction didn't go through, and I got a cancelation notice rather than a call. I was easy to fix, but a little annoying. Overall a great place for a family to have a quiet spring break right on the beach.
