I am a San Diego native who grew up in the hollers of Arkansas, which means I carry both beach soul and backwoods grit. I surf. I climb. I sit in silence on the side of mountains. And I absolutely love taking care of people.
Hosting is not a side project for me. It is a true joy. Creating beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable spaces is something I take seriously and personally. In the Pines is the result of that love. This cabin is where I welcome people to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves or with someone they love.

We chose Fawnskin for what it offers and for what it doesn’t. It is quiet, peaceful, and removed from the crowds on the other side of the lake. At the same time, it is close to the best parts of Big Bear — the Discovery Center, hiking trails, off-road access points, and the lake itself.

Fawnskin has its own rhythm. You can sit on the deck and hear the wind in the trees, birds in the distance, and absolutely nothing else. It is the perfect spot for solitude, for reflection, and for reconnecting. It feels like glamping, but better. Private, cozy, and convenient.

In the Pines is a cabin built for people who want peace without losing comfort. It is close to the lake, surrounded by trees, and outfitted with fireplaces in every room. You can walk to the water, hit the trails, work remotely with fast WiFi, or nap with your dog by the fire. Not many places let you do all of that.
